Responsibilities:
- Manage online leads and inquiries to drive appointments and sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, text and chat.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Challenge the status quo and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
- Stay up-to-date on automotive industry trends and product knowledge.
- Schedule appointments and meet with customers daily.
- REQUIREMENTS
- Proven Experience in internet sales or customer service
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of automotive industry and sales processes.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Bilingual is a plus (Chinese, Spanish etc.)
You will be required to pass a drug screening and must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Will consider candidates without previous automotive sales experience if you have the attributes and personality it takes to be successful here. Be part of a winning team!!!!
