- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and drive results.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients in the pharmaceutical and medical fields.
- Oversee outside sales activities, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that support sales initiatives.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all stages of the sales process.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and follow up on leads promptly.
Experience
- Proven experience in the Homecare industry
- Demonstrated success in leadership roles within a sales environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage clients and team members alike.
- Experience in outside sales is advantageous; familiarity with office-based operations is also beneficial.
- A customer-centric approach with a track record of building lasting client relationships.
