Job Description

A Hotel Group Sales Manager is responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities to bring group business to the hotel. This role entails:

1. Identifying and targeting key markets and potential clients.
2. Negotiating contracts for group bookings, including room rates, meeting spaces, food and beverage packages, and additional services.
3. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, meeting planners, and travel agents.
4. Collaborating with hotel departments such as Catering, Front Desk, and Housekeeping to ensure all group needs are met and services are coordinated effectively.
5. Analyzing sales data and market trends to create effective sales strategies.
6. Attending industry events to network and promote the hotel.
7. Ensuring all sales activities align with the hotel's brand standards and strategic objectives.
