Job Description
OneSparQ is looking for a motivated and driven Business Development Representative to join a Fortune 1000 company. This is a fully remote position based out of the Northeast.Required Skills:
· 1-3 years of proven sales experience and performance
· High level of activity by driving sales quotas and attacking new opportunities with a “Hunter” mentality
· Strong networking, presenting, negotiating, and prospecting skills
· Knowledge of a sales cycle from start to finish. (Cold Calls, Follow Ups, Ability to close)
Additional Skills:
· Sales performance awards or member of a “Presidents Club”
· Former Athlete, Leadership Experience, Club Member
Job Responsibilities:
· Aggressively prospect for new accounts and business opportunities
· Establish call plans, customer follow up, sales activity, and account management
· Build relationships and find ways to close short term & long-term deals
· Set client meetings to demonstrate equipment and software effectively
· Update CRM software with tasks and sales activity, client meetings/notes, sales cycle, and results
Implement and teach new customers on sold business solutions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
