Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Assistant to join our sales team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. Duties:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings

- Generate leads for work through various methods

- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential business opportunities

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system

- Assist in managing customer accounts

- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Coordinate with other departments such as quality and production to ensure smooth communication and collaboration

Experience:

- Previous experience in a sales or administrative role is preferred

- Knowledge of account management and business development principles

- Familiarity with technical sales or technology-related products is a plus

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Proficiency in using CRM and ERP systems

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
