Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving sales success and operational efficiency? We’re looking for a dynamic Director of Sales Administration to guide our Sales Administration team to new heights!
In this pivotal role, you'll oversee both the Contract Administration and Sales Programs teams, ensuring our publishers thrive through seamless sales support, policy enforcement, and contract integrity. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, guiding the development and implementation of new sales programs and policies that drive growth, efficiency, and success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Contract Administration and Sales Programs teams, ensuring seamless operations and alignment with department objectives.
- Maintain high standards of contract accuracy and enforce sales policies, maintaining high standards for contract integrity and consistency.
- Support the sales team in navigating policies, procedures, and service agreements to drive publisher success.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for growth, and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
- Provide executive leadership with insights on sales policies, contract structures, and program adjustments.
- Facilitate seamless cross-departmental coordination to ensure consistent operations across Sales, Production, and Finance.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and professional growth.
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of customer service experience, 2+ years of leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
