Axis RPO works in conjunction with businesses on their hiring and development needs.
Currently, our client is accepting applications in the Philadelphia area. We are looking for individuals to join our sales and marketing campaign with Amazon, and we are looking for a hard-working and charismatic sales professional to add to our growing team in Philadelphia. The sales professional we hire will be strong socially, speaking with small business owners in person about upgrading their Amazon account to a Business Prime account.
Position: Account Manager
Schedule: M-F, 8-5, weekends off
Comp: $45,000-$65,000 (Base salary plus commissions), W-2 employment
Type of Sale: Working with local small business owners at their place of business. No phone sales. Will be outside
Training: Hands-on mentorship in sales, communication and leadership
Growth: We only promote and internal development

Qualifications
-Strong negotiation and customer service skills
-Analytical mindset with a focus on sales strategies
-Ability to excel in outside sales environments
-Previous experience in account management or business development
-Restaurant experience beneficial for understanding client needs
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
