$60,000 - $80,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
- Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
- Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
- Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
- Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
- Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline
- Warmly greet all prospects via phone/email/message
- Achieving productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales contact)
- Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities, and overall management of the sales pipeline through the sales cycle
- Manage cultivation of inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments
- Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
- Participate in regular training and education requirements
- Support team initiatives and growth
- Be willing to test new ideas and able to provide constructive feedback
- Thrive in a high-paced environment
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
- Real estate license or pursuing required
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads
- Must possess a Texas real estate license or be willing to start the process of becoming licensed
- Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
- Practice, memorize, and internalize scripts
- Is dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken
- Passionate about selling
- Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
- Proven leadership, Independent and self-motivated
- Extremely strong phone skills: the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
