Integration Solutions Consultant I
Reports to: Group Lead, Integration Solutions Consultant or Manager, Integration Solutions
Department: Services Integrations
Responsibilities:
- Design integration solutions between the Suvoda IRT and other third-party eClinical solutions to meet the study requirements based on the clinical protocol, the Suvoda proposal/executed work order, and discussions with the client and third-party vendor
- Accurately and completely document all requirements in the data transfer specification template(s)
- Review integration specifications provided by the client or third-party vendor and determine the best design for the implementation of the integration
- Develop standard data transfer specification templates for each third-party vendor based on their integration specification, past implementations, and discussions with internal team members, clients, and third-party vendors
- Participate in the internal team review of the draft specifications; main point of contact for the internal team for all IRT integration design-related questions throughout the build process
- Participate in the client review of the IRT specifications as needed with a focus on leading any discussions around integration-specific design and documents, making any required updates, and collaborating with the internal and external teams to ensure approval by the agreed-upon milestone date
- Collaborate with clients and third-party vendors as required to troubleshoot any challenges resulting from the implementation of an integration during either Suvoda's testing, client UAT, or the maintenance phase of a study
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the integration build, working with customer care and Suvoda management, as needed
- Lead any re-design of system integrations during the maintenance period
- Develop and maintain training materials for each third-party integration implemented by Suvoda
- Identify and assist with the implementation of process improvements for the services department, with a particular focus on the evolution of Suvoda's design and implementation of integrations with other eClinical solutions
- Assist the product team with the design and development of new project features by providing feedback based on client requests and project experience
- Travel to client sites to attend meetings and conduct user training sessions as needed
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in IRT or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Time management and organizational skills
- Analytical and systematic thinking ability
- Creative problem solving
- Ability to understand technical details and translate them to non-technical users
- Attention to detail
Role Levels and Experience:
- At least 1 years of experience in IRT or related field preferred
