Job Title: Business Development Sales Manager
Reports To: CEO
Location: Hybrid In-Office & Remote Work-From-Home mix work schedule with quarterly travel for client visits as needed
Employment Type: Full Time – Exempt
Compensation: Base + Commission
Perry Construction Management, LLC, is a Veteran Owned Construction Management (CM) company serving industrial and manufacturing clients around the US. We are construction professionals placing construction professionals!
We are currently seeking a sales professional to join one of our top clients in the Fort Worth, Dallas area who is looking to expand their team and investing in an individual who has a sound understanding of the commercial manufacturing "clean space" industries. This person will be responsible for generating revenue goals by driving innovative sales processes and overseeing day-to-day account-level activities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business development team in executing and achieving market business plans.
- Search for and contact prospects who could benefit from the client's services – specifically Food Production, Pharma, Chemical manufacturers and construction/design-build companies.
- Establish new, and maintain existing, relationships with customers.
- Manage and interpret customer requirements.
- Calculate client quotes and prepare proposals.
- Negotiate contract terms.
- Offer after-sales support services.
- Administer client accounts.
- Analyze costs and sales.
- Prepare reports for head office.
- Meet regular sales targets to include weekly prospect calls and contacts.
- Record and maintain client contact data (CRM).
- Coordinate sales projects.
- Support marketing by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
- Produce presentations and demonstrations on how agency services will meet client needs.
- Support other team members as needed.
Required Skills:
- Experience working in a commercial or industrial construction industry position.
- A solid knowledge base of clean space and/or industrial construction and the companies utilizing design-build services.
- Sound judgment and good business sense.
- Team working ability.
- The ability to build relationships with clients quickly.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Resilience and tenacity.
- The ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
