The Executive, Client Solutions at On Side is a dynamic self-starter with professional poise and a track record of delivering results. This role involves actively identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand our impressive client base by being responsive, building strong relationships, and providing critical support when disaster strikes—whether it’s fire, floods, or biohazards.
The Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets within the Commercial, Multi-Residential, Institutional (ICI), and Healthcare segments. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional client experiences, making On Side a trusted partner for years to come. The ideal candidate will demonstrate influence, leadership, mentorship, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
What you bring to the team
- A strategic mindset with a history of starting, developing and fostering professional relationships (from start to finish)
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in applicable field or a combination of relevant experience.
- Understanding of the complexities and key stakeholders within the segments of Condos and Commercial properties.
- Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP/CIP) or Canadian Risk Management (CRM) Designation.
- Proven experience in a mentor role.
- An excellent professional network.
Qualification and Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years in a consultative sales environment, preferably in restoration or construction
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Engineering or a combination of relevant experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Solid understanding of customer decision-making processes and how to influence them
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven with a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong ethical standards and professionalism in all business dealings
- Responsive, resourceful and solution oriented
- Adaptable and flexible, able to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Flexible Scheduling/Availability for local and out-of-town travel
- Valid Driver’s license and satisfactory driver’s abstract record

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
