Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven 1099 Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our energy solutions, and closing sales to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' energy needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients effectively.
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the energy or related industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (friendly, personable, positive personality)
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients effectively.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
