Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, establishing strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates and reports on account performance.
Address client concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss strategies and progress.
Stay informed about industry trends and developments to better serve clients.
