Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for effective account management.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
