Commercial Lines Account Manager Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified, motivated individual to join our insurance company as a Commercial Lines Account Manager. As part of our team, you will work with commercial and business clients to determine their insurance needs. Whether it's a small business with modest needs or a national organization with major assets, we work to provide the best possible coverage at the lowest possible cost. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be the day to day liaison between DFI and our clients. This is a relationship-focused position, meaning that our ideal candidate must have superb communication and interpersonal skills, in addition to valid state licensure and a minimum of three years of experience in the insurance industry.
Commercial Lines Account Manager Duties and Responsibilities
· Build and maintain relationships with the clients for maximum retention
· Provide timely communication through written and verbal correspondence
· Help clients understand and determine their individual commercial line service needs
· Maintain client files accurately and consistently documenting conversations, sending confirmations to clients, adhering to all other automation procedures
· Oversee and manage client business, including policy changes, applications, and claims
· Market new service offerings
Commercial Lines Account Manager Requirements and Qualifications
· Three years experience in the insurance industry, especially within commercial insurance or property & casualty insurance
· Account management experience (preferred)
· Valid state Property and Casualty License
· Strong proficiency with Hawksoft Agency Management System, Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, and Excel, as well as standard invoicing software.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
