Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, customer-oriented specialist in sales/order desk procedures to cover our customer service /sales department. You will be responsible for maintaining the customer profiles, exceptional customer care, ensuring end-user requirements are fully met.
The Ideal candidate is a well-rounded professional, go-getter wanting to succeed and grow with the company. Someone who networks, builds relationships, and pursues opportunities. Someone with innovative new ideas, and with the drive to continuously learn the changing product line and advancing industry.
Responsibilities
· Verify Customer profile information updating as required.
· Receiving and processing sales quotes and orders while maintaining close relationship with Customers
· Learn and be able to explain all product solutions to Customers.
· Initiate campaigns to Customers through email / Business to Business sites
· Assist Office Manager when required.
· Other duties as required.
Qualifications
· Excellent written, verbal communication skills English.
· Proficient with Computers, including ERP systems (Business Vision experience considered an asset), Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook).
· Team player, with a positive professional attitude.
· Attention to detail, Confidentiality, Thoroughness, Independent, Organized
· Experience Order Desk /Sales (required)

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
