Summary:
The Account Manager is the key contact between sales, clients, and the internal team. This role manages the workflow for multiple accounts from inception through completion and invoicing, providing estimates and project plans, and effectively communicating the status of project progress.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact between sales, clients, and the internal team.
- Manage workflow for multiple accounts from inception through completion and invoicing.
- Provide estimates and project plans, including timelines for design, production, installation, and/or delivery.
- Communicate project progress to the sales team and customers.
