Position: Sales Consultant (Furniture & Interior Design)

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to fulfill their unique needs and demands with the highest level of service.

- Cultivate, foster, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

- Strive to achieve and exceed agreed-upon sales targets within specified timeframes.

- Coordinate sales efforts seamlessly with team members and various departments.

- Conduct thorough market analysis, tracking sales performance and providing status reports.

- Supply management with comprehensive reports on customer needs, issues, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

- Stay updated on industry best practices and promotional trends.

- Embrace feedback as an opportunity for continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven work experience as a sales consultant, with furniture industry experience being highly preferred.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Familiarity with BRM (Business Relationship Management) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) practices, coupled with the ability to establish productive business relationships.

- Highly motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.

- Exceptional selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities.

- Proficiency in creating and delivering tailored presentations to meet customer needs.

- Outstanding relationship management skills, open to feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Commission Pay: $63,000 - $84,000.00 per year.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers on the sales floor.

- Efficiently return merchandise to the sales floor.

- Deliver engaging sales presentations in-store.

- Actively seek out and assist customers throughout the store.

- Attract and promote sales of services to retail customers.

- Drive overall sales results within the store.

- Analyze current store sales and profitability.

- Encourage sales by promoting merchandise and products to customers.

- Participate in store opening and closing duties.

- Develop information on retail customers to enhance sales.
