Job Title: Account Manager, Insurance

Part Time to Start, Move to Full Time

Base hourly wage + bonus

AveNew Solutions, LLC, is a fast-growing start-up with business lines including technology, insurance, and consulting. We are seeking an experienced, highly detailed licensed Account Manager, Insurance with 3 or more years of experience with excellent communication and strong analytical skills to work closely with the company’s insurance entities to deliver 5-star customer service and ensure the growth, efficiency, and profitability of the company.

The Assistant Account Manager is a critical position supporting customer service teams in all phases of service. This position directly affects both employee and customer satisfaction through the professional, accurate and timely execution of assigned work.

Responsibilities include:

· Prepare and/or issue documents per customer or service team member requests (e.g., certificates, ID cards, Evidence of Insurance, etc.)

· Ensure service items are completed to resolution (e.g., policy changes, cancellations, reinstatements, loss runs)

· Check policy documents

· Mail client documentation

· Assist in preparation of client and prospect presentation documents

· Provide quoting support and order underwriting support documents

· Ensure broker management system is updated with detail and documentation (policy documents, emails, mail attachments, etc.)

· Respond to inquiries (e.g., accounting, billing, service)

· Process non-complex policy changes

· Support download process

· Policy document retrieval from carrier websites

Qualifications

· Life and health insurance certificate

· 2-4 years or more of relevant field

· Experience with Zywave a plus

· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization

· Excellent communications skills

· Meticulous and extremely organized

Job Type: Part-time hybrid to start, moving to full time (in North County San Diego areas)

Experience level: 2+ years

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-12 PST
