JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a member of the Patient Account Manager Team, you will be a key member of the patient approval process. Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Uploading Mail, Faxes and Emails to Patient Accounts
- Updating Account Statuses
- Following Up on Received Documents
- Filing Paperwork
- Sending Faxes, Mail and Emails to Patients and Doctors
- Coordinating and Communicating with Patients, Physicians and Pharmaceutical Companies via phone, email and fax
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of services offered
QUALIFICATIONS:
As this is an entry level position, no prior experience is required. However, the ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy self-starter with a positive mindset, and will possess the following skills & traits:
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ethics to professionally handle confidential patient information
- Computer proficiency, with the ability to utilize multiple screens and programs
- Detail Oriented
- Thrives in fast paced environment
- Punctual and Reliable
