Abbotsford Nissan is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Consultant / Product Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our top-of-the-line Nissan vehicles.

Responsibilites:

Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to all customers
Assist customers in vehicle selection by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Explain product features & benefits
Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
Build strong rapport with customers & follow up with customers
Perform high-quality product presentations on new & pre-owned vehicles
Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or product advising is an asset
Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales
Basic computer knowledge
Strong Focus on customer service/ customer experience
Strong written & verbal communication
Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
