As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will be the first point of contact with customers, helping them find tailored solutions for their needs. Our Entry Level Account Managers work closely with our executive team and report on daily achievements in their assigned territories. Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with customers to identify and recommend solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with the outreach team to target and educate eligible customers, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Calculate potential customers' requirements to make appropriate recommendations for their homes or businesses.
  • Complete the entire signup process for new customers.
  • Attend webinars and daily sales meetings, either virtually or in person, depending on current guidelines.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, leveraging them for referrals and loyalty.
  • Stay informed on competitors and promotional pricing to ensure you're providing the best options to your customers.

Entry Level Account Manager Qualifications:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to build strong customer relationships.
  • Strong presentation skills in both in-person and virtual formats.
  • Willingness to travel locally and potentially regionally to meet with existing or prospective clients.
  • Customer service and sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn are key to success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
