Our company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of Home Health Branch Manager. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications, but have sufficient experience and talent.

Responsibilities for branch manager

  • Participates in payer audits and collects, summarizes and sends requested information
  • Assumes primary responsible for assuring that all billing functionality and templates in relevant software products are built, maintained and updated as needed to meet compliant billing standards
  • Oversight and leadership of the clinical and administrative team
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive programs and process
  • Managing and measuring care plan results and patient outcomes
  • Leading all branch daily functions, and developing and oversight of training programs
  • Train, develop, and on-board new administrative and field staff
  • Manages staffing levels and capacity
  • Manages implementation of new patient care services to keep the Institute market competitive and produce positive clinical outcomes
  • Visit clients and conduct assessments in Anchorage and other surrounding areas
  • Supervise all staff in the field

Qualifications for branch manager

  • Associates degree or higher
  • Proven successful performance with a minimum 2 years of business and people management
  • Good skills in account management
  • Good understanding of market trends and competitor’s activities
  • Leadership proficiency
  • Ability to travel via automobile frequently
  • Must be willing to take on-call

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
