Summary:
The Sales Manager leads a team of Inside Sales Representatives who are responsible for identifying, prospecting, enrolling and generating PACE assessment application volume through Renew Financial's energy home improvement channel partners.
Essential Functions:
- Hire, train and direct daily activities of a new team of Inside Sales Representatives
- Develop, track and report on KPIs (calls, contacts, enrollments, application volume)
- Build dashboards and reports in the Company's CRM system (Salesforce)
- Work with Sales Operations and Marketing to integrate new lead sources and drive new marketing initiatives
- Participate in calls with channel partners to ensure cross-training, customer satisfaction and program/process improvements
- Partner with HR to attract, develop and retain top sales talent

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree AND at least 5 years professional work experience, or equivalent
- At least 2 year's experience building/managing an inside sales team
- Demonstrated experience consistently meeting/exceeding a team sales quota
- Proficient in CRM systems; MS Office and/or Google Apps
- Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally (Lending Ops, Marketing, Training)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of consumer finance products
- Experience working in the Financial Services, Solar, Energy Efficiency (i.e. HVAC, Windows/Doors, Roofing) and/or Home Improvement industries
- Experience selling indirect (B2B2C) products/services
- Experience utilizing technology to track and report on sales cycles and KPIs
- Bilingual skills (verbal/written) highly desirable
Compensation:
Salary offered for this role will be in the range of $90-150K depending upon experience and location, plus variable compensation tied to sales performance.
