Job Description
Position:
We are seeking a qualified candidate with great communication skills and experience in the professional beauty industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business in direct sales of professional skin care products
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities, including sales and follow-up calls on a weekly basis
- Prospect and develop new business and growing existing accounts in the high-end skin care market
- Meet sales quota and facilitate future sales / communicate all marketing developments
- Enter and update customer information in our database
- Process orders and manage client accounts
- Work closely with the sales manager to set-up marketing calendar on a monthly basis
Must have skills:
- Esthetic License and beauty industry experience a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- High energy level
- Proven sales/customer service experience
- Strong administrative and data/order entry skills
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Office
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Participate in 4 to 6 tradeshows per year.
