We are currently seeking a full-time Inside Salesperson at our West Palm Beach, Florida location. In this role, you will be required to support customers, dealers, and partners in a manner that ensures an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for selling, quoting, and working with the General Manager to schedule installs. As an Inside Salesperson, you will contribute significantly to achieving our revenue targets. A successful candidate will deliver a one-team approach to the customer experience before, during, and after the sale.
The Essential Duties of the Role Include:
- Assist customers and partners that visit or call into our location.
- Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and recommend a customized solution in a consultive manner.
- Develop quotes, answer questions, and provide commercial vehicle upfit solutions.
- Schedule follow-up conversations with customers to ensure their needs are met and be able to close the transaction.
- Work with General Manager and other team members to schedule installs.
- Communicate with customers in an efficient and effective manner.
Skills:
- Proven inside sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening skills
- Results-oriented; exceeds goals and pushes self and others for results.
- Experience working with CRM
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to meet the requirements to be a “driver” as defined in our corporate driving policy
- This is required to conduct Dealer and Customer visits, as well as move vehicles
Education required for this role:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; company will consider a combination of education and experience
- Previous sales experience preferred
Physical requirements for this role:
- Standing, sitting, walking, carrying of items, reaching, handling, kneeling, crouching, and bending
- Occasionally lifting objects approximately 25-50 pounds
- Moving vehicles or driving a vehicle from location to customer or dealer as needed
