Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the sales process, including technical sales and account management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, negotiate effectively, and manage customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company object
  • Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for upper management.
  • Conduct training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge and effective selling techniques.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in fine jewelry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards success.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Experience in account management, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve common goals.

Pay: $31,200.00 - $41,600.00 per year
