Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the sales team in achieving revenue targets and providing excellent customer service.

Duties:
- Assist the sales team in managing accounts and relationships with clients
- Support sales representatives in negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the outside sales team to coordinate sales efforts

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is a plus
- Familiarity with account management and technology sales
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
