Job Title: Account Manager
Pay Range: $23.50/HR
Shift: M-F 8am-5pm
Office Location: Allen, Texas - OnSite
Job Responsibilities:
- Help deliver comprehensive Network Lease Administrative support for a major US wireless communications provider
- Ensure all documentation needed per client is organized and up to date
- Email landlords and property owners updates or documentation as needed
- Assist with processing documents and ensuring they are input correctly into appropriate databases
- Correct inaccurate or missing data fields
Requirements
- Knowledge of real estate principles and contract drafting preferred
- College degree, paralegal certificate or equivalent work experience
