Med Spa Front Desk Sales Consultant

Facial Mania Med Spa has earned a reputation for excellent customer service while providing luxury medspa services at an affordable price. We are currently seeking a career-minded, self-motivated Med Spa Front Desk Sales Consultant for our Kendall location in Miami, FL.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales and customer service skills in a face-to-face capacity and be able to motivate guests to purchase memberships and packages. Answering and booking appointments. Inbound and Outbound call handling. Building customer rapport is vital. Working in a team environment and achieving goals is of utmost importance. Spa/Hospitality/Retail skill sets are a must! Milleniem/Meevo POS system knowledge a plus! SATURDAYS ARE A MUST!

Responsibilities Include:

Social Media Management. Posting on TikTok, Google, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, IG and SnapChat.

Focus on providing excellent and consistent guest experiences

Build rapport with guests

Neat and tidy in appearance. Professional attitude and work ethic.

Saturday 10AM-5PM is a MUST!

Reliable transportation / Able to rotate between locations if needed (Coral Gables/Midtown)

Greet guests with a smile

Schedule guest spa services while implementing proper procedures

Understand and believe in the benefits of ongoing professional skincare

Educate guests on services, memberships, and products

Cross-service and product recommendations and sales

Meet sales goals set and thrive in a goal-driven environment

Maximize bookings for each therapist in a fair and consistent manner

Close sales and encourage guests to pre-book services

Executing standard telephone procedure using appropriate customer service etiquette

Confirming appointments

Must possess proficient computer skills ( Meevo experience a plus)

Informing technicians and estheticians of daily schedules and/or adjustments

Resolve guest challenges

Supporting retail and service staff

Responsible for balancing and checking the register drawer. Handling of money.

Performing other duties as assigned such as spa cleaning and laundry duties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • Spanish: 3 years (Required)
  • Med spa: 1 year (Required)
  • Customer service: 2 years (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Miami, FL 33186: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Required)
