As the leader of our sales team, you will:
- Train and supervise new sales representatives who will meet with homeowners and give them excellent customer service.
- Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service.
- Establish and maintain best practices within the sales team and leadership.
- Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and lead tracking software, updating client information daily.
- Manage the overall performance of the Roofing Sales Department, including annual budgeting process, individual Commission/Sales and customer/product responsibilities.
- Ensure that all employees have the right tools, information, and knowledge to work effectively, serve our customers and uphold the company objectives.
- Become the product knowledge expert for the product line and ensure product training delivery to the sales team.
- Ensure all Sales Representatives have baseline knowledge of all products.
You have:
- Experience in roofing, siding, windows, or construction sales, or in-home sales of any kind.
- Management experience. Must have proven experience as a sales manager.
- Must be focused and well-organized with strong time management abilities.
- Be honest, respectful, and trustworthy.
- Have a well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to close leads provided and generate new business
- Strong follow up skills
- Must have a valid Driver's License.
- Must have a registered and insured vehicle.
- Must be able to carry up to 30lbs.
