Deglare has over 20 years of experience providing residential and commercial window films, printed graphics, and roller shades throughout Colorado. As we embark on a dynamic rebranding and marketing initiative over the comping weeks, our small business is gearing up for substantial growth. That being said, we are already experiencing a lead backlog and are looking for driven, professional Sales Consultants to help us reach our full potential.
Position Overview:
Join us as an Experienced Sales Consultant and play a critical role in our growth trajectory. This position offers a competitive performance-based commission structure, rewarding you with 10% of the revenue you generate. This role is designed to directly link your efforts to your earnings, reflecting the substantial impact you can make. Equipped with advanced CRM and communication technologies, you'll find efficiency and effectiveness at the core of your sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage and follow up on existing leads, while also targeting and securing new business opportunities.
- Utilize your expertise to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents, crafting tailored solutions for both residential and commercial clients.
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand and meet client needs.
- Manage client relationships and sales pipeline efficiently using our CRM system.
- Negotiate and close deals with both residential customers and commercial contractors, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Deliver persuasive and customized presentations that highlight the unique value and benefits of our products.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to continually refine and enhance your sales strategies.
- Aim to surpass sales targets, significantly contributing to both residential and commercial sales growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, particularly within industries related to window film, roller shades, or vinyl graphics.
- Strong ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents, suitable for crafting specific client solutions.
- Robust experience with both residential and commercial clients, demonstrating versatility in sales approaches and client management.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a history of effectively closing deals.
- Highly motivated and results-driven, with a sharp focus on customer acquisition and retention.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and a comfort with leveraging technology to enhance sales productivity.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing a diverse range of clients.
- Valid driver’s license and flexibility for client meetings and consultations as needed.
