Job Summary
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning, and driving sales to meet targets.
Duties
- Manage and supervise store staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability
- Create and execute promotional activities to drive customer engagement
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff members
Skills
- Sales management experience

- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Multilingual abilities are a plus

Job Type: Full-time
