We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative, E-conolight, in Racine WI. This is a full time permanent role expected to work on-site Monday-Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays subject to business need.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive research and respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, fax, mail, e-mail or in person
  • Respond to inquiries regarding shipping/delivery dates, order changes/cancellations, and quotations, service questions and general customer concerns
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer
  • Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
  • Process and follows up on less complex customer complaints requiring reimbursement (such as late shipment), repair (such as damaged product) or replacement
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma minimum. Associates Degree or Bachelor’s degree desired or 2+ years of previous customer service experience.
  • Ability to type 30 wpm and experience working with the Internet, e-mail, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • End-to-end account management.
