As a Showroom Sales Consultant you will play a key role in establishing our position within our local market. A summary of duties would be the following:

Provide outstanding customer service and foster a fun and welcoming atmosphere
Generate quotes and sales orders with a high level of detail and accuracy with a sense of urgency
Assist in developing and growing our customer base
Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts
Provide exceptional communication and follow up with our external and internal customers
Participate in product training and staff meetings
Promote the showrooms programs and promotions

Education & Experience Requirement

Exceptional people skills, positive attitude, energetic, warm, friendly, and personable
Be a team player, works well with others
Sales and customer service experience
Lighting product knowledge is a must
Excel in a fast pace environment
Self-motivated and personal drive to achieve success
Willing to go the extra mile to ensure customers have a great experience and help where needed
Willingness to learn & know lighting and plumbing products
Good listening skills- able to problem solve and find solutions
Work hard & efficiently
Bachelors in Business, Sales and Marketing, or Retail Management a plus
