Executive Relationship Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate with the Business Development team and potential clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, trusting relationships with assigned accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for any client concerns or issues.
- Gain a deep understanding of clients' needs and objectives; support their long-term strategic wastewater planning process.
- Gather analyze, and present data internally and externally to aid in project decisions and design.
- Proactively schedule follow-up appointments and meetings with potential clients to advance projects through the sales funnel.
- Travel regularly to client and prospect locations to better understand their needs and enhance relationships.
- Update and manage lead and prospect activity in the company's sales pipeline management tool for efficient lead tracking.
- Communicate effectively with company leadership and client contacts as projects progress.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics established by company management.
- Facilitate the transition of new clients from the Business Development Team to the Operations Team for project implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in relationship management or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Experience with CRM system and Microsoft Office proficiency.
