Job Description

This position will play a key role in the company’s growth. The ideal candidate is an energetic, organized, self-starter with the ability to identify and contact influencers and key decision makers within prospective clients’ organizations for the purpose of qualifying and advancing sales leads and assist in closing projects.

Description

Executive Relationship Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate with the Business Development team and potential clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, trusting relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for any client concerns or issues.
  • Gain a deep understanding of clients' needs and objectives; support their long-term strategic wastewater planning process.
  • Gather analyze, and present data internally and externally to aid in project decisions and design.
  • Proactively schedule follow-up appointments and meetings with potential clients to advance projects through the sales funnel.
  • Travel regularly to client and prospect locations to better understand their needs and enhance relationships.
  • Update and manage lead and prospect activity in the company's sales pipeline management tool for efficient lead tracking.
  • Communicate effectively with company leadership and client contacts as projects progress.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics established by company management.
  • Facilitate the transition of new clients from the Business Development Team to the Operations Team for project implementation.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in relationship management or business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Experience with CRM system and Microsoft Office proficiency.
