Job Description
Primary Responsibilities: As a Location Sales Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training and motivating a team of empathetic, yet driven Family Service Sales Counselors to present and sell cemetery and funeral arrangements. Your role will be an active sales manager, contributing to achieving monthly activity and sales goals while ensuring your team also is successful at achieving their sales results effectively.
Specific Duties:
Hire and Manage a professional, caring and motivated team of sales people. This includes scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.- Actively be selling along with the team.
- Develop connections within the community for partners and ambassadors to our business to refer families to us.
- Network with other businesses to develop Lunch and Learn and other programs to teach the value of cemetery and funeral preplanning.
- Implement strategies to market, promote and develop lead sources to create and increase sales.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new employees.
