Position Summary:
The Client Success Manager for Reseller Accounts is responsible for maintaining and growing strong, long-term relationships with our reseller partners. This role is essential in ensuring that resellers are fully supported in implementing and selling Phonesuite products, driving customer satisfaction, and meeting business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator who can resolve challenges, deliver excellent support, and provide strategic insights to help reseller partners succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned reseller accounts, developing and maintaining relationships to ensure satisfaction and growth.
- Onboarding & Training: Assist in the onboarding of new resellers, providing training and resources to ensure a smooth transition and effective product understanding.
- Performance Monitoring: Track reseller performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable feedback and support to drive improvement.
- Problem Resolution: Act as an escalation point for any issues or challenges faced by reseller partners, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and marketing, to ensure reseller needs are being met.
- Renewals & Upselling: Identify upsell opportunities within existing reseller accounts and lead renewal processes.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to internal leadership on the health and performance of reseller accounts.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with resellers to develop long-term strategies for mutual growth, including market development and new product adoption.
- Customer Advocacy: Champion the voice of resellers within Phonesuite, ensuring that their feedback informs product development and operational improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations to improve performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the telecommunications or hospitality industries.
- Previous experience in managing reseller or channel partner programs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
