Verizon Account Manager Trainee Responsibilities:

Training & Development: Participate in interactive group training sessions to enhance your marketing, sales, and customer service skills.
Sales Campaigns: Work within a team to execute residential sales campaigns and reach out to potential customers.
Customer Engagement: Maximize leads in your assigned territory, engage with interested customers, answer their questions, and review their eligibility for promotions and upgrades.
Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process from lead generation to order processing, ensuring customer eligibility for upgrades and promotions.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals by maximizing the potential of leads and providing excellent customer service.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Previous experience in an Account Manager or Sales role preferred but not required.
