An experienced Interoperability Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal professional for this role will be responsible for driving sales of interoperability solutions to prospective clients and the value-add of interoperability solutions to existing clients. This role requires an in-depth understanding of technology and exceptional sales experience, as well as proven sales experience in the healthcare industry to expand our market share. What you will do…

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and implementation, to ensure successful sales and delivery of interoperability solutions.
  • Perform business analysis and scope preparation/writing; understand technical requirements and provide coding support; manage clients and interoperability partners.
  • Manage integration projects through developing, coordinating, and evaluating integration plans including budget management; organize and track project plan documents.
  • Assist in the development of training and materials for Implementation of new integrations; provide Sales and Marketing support when promoting and selling integration services.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of Axxess’ interoperability solutions and partners.

What you bring…

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on selling IT solutions or services.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business outcomes.
  • Exceptional people and collaboration skills to support working in a fast-paced business environment
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
  • Interpersonal and communications skills, including ability to present and explain technical information to non-technical audience
  • Demonstrated ability to build maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
