Job Title: Membership Coordinator
Salary Range: $16.00/Hour Base Compensation + Commissions
Job Summary:
Support the sales and growth of Hannah Pet Hospital’s comprehensive pet care membership plans. This role is essential in assisting new Members through the enrollment process and providing them with resources and support to fully engage with our programs. Working primarily via phone, the Membership Coordinator will follow up on leads from online inquiries and community events to generate enrollments and promote pet wellness. The ideal candidate is personable, goal-oriented, and experienced in customer service or sales.

Core Responsibilities:
- Follow up with leads from online inquiries, events, and previous customer contacts to convert interest into memberships.
- Track and prioritize high-quality leads to ensure a consistent sales pipeline and maximize conversion rates.
- Conduct in-office and virtual sales calls, providing clear and accurate information on membership services, pricing, and benefits.
- Explain the benefits of Hannah’s subscription-based veterinary care memberships and thoroughly address potential Member questions and concerns.
- Guide new Members through the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Complete all documentation for new memberships accurately, ensuring seamless data entry into the membership database.
- Precise and detailed documentation of Member interactions and sales activity.
- Actively engage with members post-sale to ensure they have a smooth onboarding experience and are aware of the full range of services included.
- Track member feedback, inquiries, and common questions to identify trends and share insights for refining sales strategies.
- Assist with on-site events and promotional activities, such as open houses and informational sessions, to attract new members. Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to travel as needed to attend conferences or trade shows to meet with potential members and work in-office part-time.
- Passion for animal health and welfare.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on member satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in fast-paced in-office and remote work environments.
- Prior sales experience preferred, especially in a membership or service-oriented role.
- Familiarity with veterinary or healthcare services is a plus.
- Consistently maintain a high level of professionalism.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or specialized training in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in selling subscription-based products or services.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
Physical Ability Requirements:
- Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of 4+ hours without taking a break.
- Ability to use hands and fingers to operate, activate, detect, and position.
- Ability to hear and communicate by voice or phone in an environment with a moderately high noise volume.
- Ability to see to determine, perceive, identify recognize, judge, observe, inspect, estimate, and assess.
Expected Work Hours/Work Location:
- Work Hours: Full-time and part-time positions with flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays. Business needs and work volume will require variable weekly working hours, at times exceeding 40 hours for full-time positions.
- Work Location: This is a hybrid position with a combination of remote work and in office presence at Hannah Pet Hospital. Specific details regarding in-office requirements will be discussed during the interview process.
