Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
- Estimated annual base pay: $162,000 (minimum) - $203,000 (midpoint) - $244,000 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you’re a Sales Professional, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Global Services Sales Director is responsible for leading our global sales organization focused on delivery of growth for assigned product and solutions in the Services segment. The role will work across Woodward Industrials global sales/services locations. Serves as the strategic contact between the Woodward projects & services business unit and the global Services sales organization.
What You Will Be Doing
- Accountable for development and execution of global and regional sales plans and strategies that support company growth and profitability objectives in the Services segment
- Accountable for the disciplined use of account planning process and targeted customer acquisition and growth
- Works closely with marketing and product managers to provide input to the development of new product strategies and roadmaps to meet Services portfolio growth objectives
What We Are Looking For
- 10+ years experience in progressive sales and/or marketing leadership experience, preferably in industrial engine, turbine or electrical power systems related market segments
- 5+ years experience of leadership work
- 5+ years experience of extensive experience working with a technical/engineered product serving complex accounts and channels
- 5+ years track record of results working for a multinational company (companies) with a diverse, global customer base
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Sciences
