As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Growth Manager to help expand our presence, build strong relationships, and drive new business opportunities.

Job Overview:

The Sales Growth Manager will play a key role in driving the growth and success of zTrip. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, sales skills, and market knowledge, with a focus on building long-term relationships and increasing revenue.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Growth Manager:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand zTrip’s market share and customer base.
  • Develop and execute strategies to build partnerships with businesses, organizations, and key stakeholders.
  • Research and analyze market trends to identify growth areas and competitive advantages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, including corporate accounts and local businesses.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with new clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to create targeted campaigns and initiatives.
  • Track and report on business development progress, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Represent Ztrip at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Manage and grow existing partnerships to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications of a Sales Growth Manager:

  • 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in transportation, logistics, or a related industry).
  • Proven track record of identifying new business opportunities and successfully closing deals.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
