Role
Relentlessly prospect, fulfill client financial goals, and close opportunities while delivering exceptional customer experience. Ideal candidates bring excellent communication, industry expertise, and a passion for helping clients achieve their home and financial dreams.
Responsibilities
- Prospect warm, in-bound leads daily
- Conduct Discovery Sessions with new clients as well as renewals and repeat clients
- Present clients with personalized SMART Solutions and Approvals promptly
- Maintain accurate records and updates on client Opportunities
- Communicate consistently with team members regarding active files
- Keep clients informed throughout their application process
- Achieve 100% or more of your quarterly sales targets
- Set and accomplish weekly targets in collaboration with your Manager
Requirements
- Active Ontario FSRA Mortgage Agent Level 2 License is required
- Minimum 2 years of Mortgage Agent Experience
- Minimum 2 years of Sales Experience
- Strong active listening skills, to be able to fully understand client needs and goals
- High levels of empathy to connect with clients
- Accountable to meet commitments, manage responsibilities, and achieve targets
- Persistence in prospecting new opportunities and closing opportunities
- Excellent time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
- Working knowledge of PC software in a Windows environment required
- Proficiency in G-Suite
- Proficiency with Salesforce (not mandatory)
- Ability to learn new company software and systems quickly

Compensation
Base Salary + Commission
ON-TARGET EARNINGS - $96,000+/year
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $96,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
