Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Coordinator. As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key client accounts , such as Costco, Walmart etc..., ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career advancement.
Duties:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service
- Assist in the development and execution of account strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services to clients
- Utilize ERP software to track account activities, update customer information, and generate reports
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders through various channels
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in account management or a related field is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and drive results
- Proficiency and experience with Erp systems a definate asset
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and align them with company offerings
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
