The Kohler Signature Store by Wool Supply is seeking Showroom Design Sales Consultants to specify kitchen and bath faucets, lighting, tile, and fixtures for homeowners and trade clients in Miami. This is a sales-based position that relies heavily on design-influence with the opportunity to work with both home owners, interior designers, and members of the trade community. (90% sales, 10% design).

This sales position has a moderate base hourly wage plus an open-ended commission and bonus structure. The salary is negotiable, and since there is a commission component, the salary range may vary depending upon the performance and success of the sales consultant.

Job Description

The Showroom Design Sales Consultant is responsible for assisting homeowners, designers, and contractors in specifying and selecting faucets, toilets, shower systems, bathtubs, tile, medicine cabinets, mirrors, furniture, and lighting for renovation projects and new homes. The store displays the iconic kitchen and bath brands of Kohler, Robern, Ann Sacks tile, and Kallista. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, and have a demonstrated history of luxury retail sales, which includes specifying custom finishes and designs. The candidate should be comfortable working in a high-traffic store consisting of both home owners and trade clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in luxury retail, showroom sales, and sales of home/remodel goods. Kitchen and bath experience is highly desired.
