As a Sr. Manager on the Client Discovery Team, you’ll play a pivotal role by leading an inside sales team that engages with prospective clients through a consultative dialogue and generates enthusiasm to meet with our financial planners. This is a critical team for our Wealth Planning Services growth strategy, which will require expertise in the ability to lead an impactful team, collaborate with internal business partners, and drive meaningful results.
In addition to an earnest desire to help people, we are looking for the ideal candidate to complement the team’s existing talents. For this Sr. Manager role, we are seeking a candidate with a strong eye for business in financial services and contact center management including team supervision and development, performance measurements, workforce management, call quality, and operational processes. Responsibilities:

  • Motivates team to reach prospect contact and conversion targets, optimize lead flow coverage and effectiveness, and meet campaign objectives.
  • Serves as a guide in EFE value proposition, services, and client solutions; leads team to continuously build knowledge.
  • Coaches, and motivates a team of associates to deliver the EFE value proposition, products and services; listens to call interactions, performs sides by sides, and conducts regular coaching sessions to provide timely feedback which drives improvements in effectiveness, productivity, and business outcomes.
  • Ensures individuals and team meets or exceeds performance targets; consistently drives team to raise performance; leverages data to monitor associate effectiveness and efficiency; rewards strong performance and invests in coaching to correct negative trends or skill gaps identified.
  • Collaborates with business partners in marketing and wealth planning to deliver a great prospect experience and optimize existing processes to drive enhanced conversion rates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, business or financial discipline preferred
  • 7+ years experience in a sales-based contact center environment
  • 3+ years experience in direct supervisory experience and sales leadership
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience leveraging emotional intelligence
  • Passionate about coaching & people development to achieve sales targets
  • Proven ability to analyze performance data for team development and sales funnel optimization
  • Demonstrated capability to attract, develop, and retain staff
