Home Health Account Manager
(full-time, direct-hire position with excellent full benefits package in addition to industry leading compensation package including base salary with additional commission, bonuses and much more!)
Developing referrals for concierge nursing services with key referral sources including: hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, and physicians, as well as community Assisted Living, and Rehab facilities.
Requirements:
- Established relationships with potential referral sources for concierge health care services.
- Prefer experience in home care and related services
- professional demeanor and presentation
- Competent in computer-based skills including internet, email, Microsoft Office, and CRM software
Education:
- Bachelors Degree required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
