Job Description
We are looking for a driven individual with a get-it-done mentality to build strong relationships with insurance adjusters while managing billing and payment follow-ups. This role requires someone who’s willing to go above and beyond, adding value and maintaining communication with our tight knit team to get the job done.
Role Responsibilities:
- New Adjuster Relationship Development: Build rapport with adjusters by understanding their specific requirements and identifying how our services can streamline their claims process. You will engage with adjusters by reviewing their case history, suggesting services, and offering technical insights to uncover new ways we can assist.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with adjusters by offering practical solutions, resolving challenges quickly, and preparing service proposals tailored to their needs.
- Prospecting: Actively seek out, research and capitalize on new opportunities to provide services that meet the needs of adjusters and their clients.
- Billing & Payment Follow-ups: Own the billing process from start to finish, including sending invoices, following up on payments, and tracking payment status to ensure smooth and timely transactions. It would be essential to identify and prioritize payments approaching default or at at risk of missing key deadlines, taking swift and creative action to avoid any potential delays. You should confidently but kindly handle any situation, whether it's addressing adjusters or clients regarding overdue balances, ensuring all accounts are settled promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive, tight-knit team to ensure payments are received on time, and jump in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.43 - $24.82 per hour
