Job Description
- Responsible for managing the development and maintenance of the online store and sales for our brick-and-mortar store. Coming up with new marketing strategies based on the review of business analytics.
- Oversee the functionality of the website, evaluate and manage website performance, facilitate hosting and server management, and develop, maintain and update website content.
- SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic
- Development of brand identity, awareness and online reputation
- Content management (including website)
- Cultivation of leads and sales
- Reputation management
- Develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns
- Online sales and fulfillment
- Social Media design, maintenance,
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy.
- Define most important social media KPIs.
- Manage and oversee social media content.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign.
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies and implement accordingly.
- Help with Sales operations and management in-store
